Loosing weight, feeling great....and loving it!!

Today is day 21 of being on Zija.  I started on 3/10/11 at 140 lbs and today is my 45th birthday and I am down to 131 lbs.  (That may change after the big day I have had)  I had breakfast ready for me when I got to school with one of the classrooms I have the privilege of working with. (Thank you  Natalie, Stacy, Pat and Cody)  Then I was also awarded the "Staff Person of the Year" at school and they had a big salad luncheon for me.
Let me just tell you that I work with the best people in the world.  I can honestly say that I enjoy going to work every day.  Sycamore Elementary really are "STARS".

I may have turned 45 today but I feel 30 again!!  I am most grateful to God for all of his AMAZING blessings, but I am also blessed with ZIJA!

Week #3 on Zija

I love the new me.  The new me that can move twice as fast as she could 3 weeks ago.  The new me that eats smaller portions and feels full.  The new me that can bend down using my knees.  The new me that wakes up with energy and no body aches.

Weigh In

Today is day #4 back on my Zija.  Allergies are back under control, energy level up and weight down.
Original weight on 3/10/11 was 140 lbs. and today I weighed in at 133.5 lbs. !!!!! YES!!!!  I walked 1.5 miles yesterday and walked 1 mile tonight (1/4 of that pulling a stubborn pony!)  I had Tony take my  "before photo" on Saturday 3/19 but I will not post that hideous picture until the very end!! (YUCK)
Day 2 for the rest of my family on Zija and getting healthy!!  Pretty Exiciting!!

Feeling the difference!!

Today is March 18th.  I have been 4 days without taking Zija and I am starting to really tell the difference.  My energy level is lower and my allergies and sinuses are bothering me too!!  There is something to be said for taking vitamins and I have before and they don't work.  I think they are so hard that they never dissolve into your system.  I am just so happy that there is something out there that can give me all my vitamins and nutrients in just drinking 10 oz. a day.  No swallowing pills!!  I can't wait to start the rest of my family on this as well.  We all went to the doctor a lot last year for colds, allergies, coughs, etc.  I am excited to see how that will change this year.  I have read some pretty amazing testimonials and I happen to believe that most people don't lie.  My testimony is true.
Looks like it is going to be in the 70's today and I am going to enjoy it!! Just 2 more days of Spring Break after today!!  Love being with my kids!!

Wednesday 3/16/11

MY BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN!!

Having a great day. Feel so good that if I didn't have to finish my continuting education for my insurance license that I would be outside riding horses with the kids.  Pain is very minimal and still have tons of energy which tells me that even though I haven't taken ZIJA in 3 days, it is in my system working for me!!  Still drinking more water than usual and my appetite is still supressed.  Not craving the sugars I once did.  Cannot say one bad thing about the product except the package hasn't come quick enough so I can share it with those interested and that is probably the U.S. Post Office's fault!

Update for today, March 15, 2011 on ZIJA

Day 2 without having the ZIJA.  Still have more energy than usual but am experiencing pain in my left  knee today as well as my right hip.  Not unbearable like before but I don't feel as good as if I was taking the Drink Mix.  I did weigh this morning and I dropped another pound and am down to 135.  I have had a couple of "Skeptics" in the past two days but I also want to say that 12 of you have contacted me for the $15 samples and I am so excited about sharing ZIJA with you.  For those of you who may not know me personally or that well, I want to share the pictures to go along with my story yesterday.   My pain and injuries are not make believe...they are real each and every day.  I have 3 samples left at the $15 price.  After those are gone the price goes to $20 as these samples are not free to me.

XM3 Weight Loss progress

My story begins on 3/10/11 when I first started taking the ZIJA XM3 capsules and Detox tea that came with my  ZIJA mix.  I am a few days shy of being 45 years old and I am 5 ft. tall.  My weight on 3/10 was 140 lbs..  Plug all those numbers in to any calculator and it will tell you OVERWEIGHT.  My ideal weight is 115 lbs.  (Giving up on the 95 lbs. I weighed when I got married in 1992)  When I weighed myself this morning I weighed 136 lbs.  I will not be able to take any of the ZIJA products for a few days as I am awaiting my kit.   I will continue my blog at that point.  I will conclude with this.  While taking the XM3 and detox tea, I wanted to drink more water and I wasn't craving sweets as much.  Email me if you want to join me on this journey.

Starting over!

Ok, this whole new years resolution thing bombed, as usual.  However, I do have a new outlook on life.  My friend Jennifer Hart introduced me to ZIJA and I am amazed at how well it worked for me and how fast.  For those who don't know me, let me share this story with you.
On January 20, 2005, my life was changed forever.  I was on my way home from my crossing guard job at Sycamore Elementary with my son Daniel, who at that time was 2 1/2 years old.  While singing BINGO by Veggie Tales with him, a truck came at us on my side of the road hitting us head on.  I was life-flighted to Erlanger where I suffered from a broken femur in my left leg, a crushed left knee, 6 pelvic fractures, a hairline fracture to the tailbone and a battery acid burn to my left ankle.  I went through 3 surgeries during my 11 day stay there.  I now have a rod and six pins in my left leg and 16 pins in my left knee as well as 3 pelvic rings.  I then spent 11 days in a rehab facility, 3 months in a wheel chair, ongoing physical therapy and wound care.  My femur bone did not heal and I had to have bone graft surgery in June 2005.  I was non-weight bearing on my legs and on a walker until October of 2005.   I am so grateful to God first of all for sparing my life and my sons, secondly to my doctor who had the bedside manners of Jesus and last, but not least, my family(including my church family).
Every day has it's aches and pains, and getting older doesn't help, and some days unbearable.  I went to my orthopedic doctor back in Ocotober 2010 and I have bursitus in my right hip and arthritis in my left hip.  He gave me a cortozone shot in my hip and yes, it helped, however it hurt as bad as my bone graft and I vowed then to never do it again.   Which leads me to ZIJA.....
For the past month every step I took hurt on both sides of my body.  Now I know that pain is different for everyone and everyone's body reacts differently, but I started taking ZIJA on March 10, 2011 and I could tell a huge difference in my pain level decreasing and my energy level increasing by March 12, 2012.  I am also struggling with losing weight and by March 13, 2010 I had lost 4 lbs.  I was amazed at how my cravings for sugar have decreased and I wanted to drink more water (I hate water).  What makes me even happier is that it is all natural....therefore making it a gift from GOD to me.
